Job Summary: We are seeking talent to provide on-site technical support, performing installations, operational verifications, and preventive maintenance of equipment across diverse sectors. Collaborates on preventive maintenance services across various branches. We specialize in developing and integrating hardware and software solutions, specialized consulting, help desk services, and preventive/corrective maintenance for Point-of-Sale systems, Kiosks, Tablets, Printers, and Cash Drawers in the Restaurant, Hospitality, and Entertainment sectors across LATAM. **We are looking for talent — like you.** Education: Completed high school or a technical degree in systems or related field (in progress or completed) Experience: * Minimum 6 months of experience providing on-site technical support or preventive/corrective maintenance. Knowledge & Skills: * Verify availability of required resources at the time of equipment installation, such as electrical power, internet connectivity, cabling, etc. * Request equipment from the warehouse department based on purchase orders to prepare and install them. * Confirm proper operation of equipment scheduled for installation, ensuring compliance with necessary operational standards. * Perform preventive maintenance services at each branch per instructions from the direct supervisor. * Upon completion of a branch installation, formally deliver the equipment according to delivery documentation (Checklist, technical report, delivery note, or delivery memo). Work Location: Within 10 minutes of Coyoacán’s city center. Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off.
