Plan and design both individual class sessions and a structured academic program aligned with a defined language proficiency level. * **Class Delivery**. Deliver classes targeted at adult professionals and corporate employees seeking to learn English broadly and apply it within business environments or their specific industries and/or professional activities. * **Service Quality**. Deliver class sessions and the academic program designed, adhering to the highest standards in language instruction and teaching, in accordance with the *Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)* or equivalent frameworks. Attend all assigned sessions punctually, without delays or absences, throughout the assigned cycle (8 months per level \[basic, intermediate, and advanced\]). * **Recordkeeping and Management**. Record hours taught for assigned groups and classes, as well as grades, attendance, and progress reports. **COMPENSATION**: * **Fees**. Fees will be paid per hour actually taught: $300\.00 (three hundred Mexican pesos M.N. 00/100\) for in-person classes and $200\.00 (two hundred Mexican pesos M.N. 00/100\) for online classes, paid fortnightly under a freelance fee arrangement.
