Job Summary: D0gware is seeking two systems integrators to provide customer service and technical support for the integration of platforms for payment acceptance products and solutions. Key Points: 1. Customer interaction and support during the integration process. 2. Consultation and resolution of questions during integration development. 3. D0gware seeks two systems integrators with the following requirements: Education in Systems Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related fields. Experience in customer support and telephone customer service. Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, C#, .Net, etc.) and/or use of HTML, XML, JSON, Web Services, API, PHP, Logs, Debug, etc. Use of applications such as Soap, Postman, Swagger, etc. Understanding of how point-of-sale terminals operate. Experience in technical support specialized in software applications. Experience in development or implementation of WEB applications. Job Objective: To provide customer service with technical support (software code) during the integration process of their platforms for payment acceptance products and solutions. Responsibilities: · Interaction with customers (the customer’s software developers), guiding them through the integration process. Exchange of support communications and issue resolution with customers and commercial executives. · Provision of technical information and business rules according to the payment solution being integrated. · Consultation and resolution of customer questions during their integration development. · Certification of integrations performed by each customer and appropriate documentation. · Reporting of any operational malfunctions and suggestions for improvements. · Study and learning of new operational procedures, their functionality, and technical specifications. · Understanding of how point-of-sale terminals operate.
