




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Lead to lead and coordinate the activities of the IT department, ensuring optimal system and technology efficiency and performance. Key Highlights: 1. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of our IT department, ensuring the efficiency and optimal performance of our systems and technologies. Requirements: Engineering or bachelor's degree in a field related to information technology. At least 5–8 years of professional experience in technical leadership roles: Tech Lead, Architect, Team Lead, IT Supervisor Experience: Experience in high-criticality projects (preferably in banking, finance, insurance, or enterprise environments). Experience managing technology vendors and multidisciplinary teams Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Lead end-to-end technical delivery of assigned projects and evolutionary initiatives. Validate architecture, technical designs, integrations, and developments. Ensure application of engineering best practices, security, and DevOps principles. Execution and Technical Quality Supervise technical tasks: development, configuration, testing, deployment. Validate technical deliverables and compliance with corporate standards. Supervise technical quality: Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), code reviews, testing, documentation. Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate daily with the Business Project Manager. Coordinate activities with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, QA, and Operations. Facilitate technical decisions and resolve impediments. Vendor Management Manage technology vendors to ensure deliverables and SLA adherence. Review estimates, workload allocations, and technical quality. Evaluate technical performance and escalate deviations to Vendor Management or PMO. Risk and Dependency Management Identify and manage technical and operational risks. Administer dependencies across departments and vendors. Maintain an up-to-date register of risks, actions, and technical decisions. Technology Governance Maintain updated documentation with respective areas: diagrams, inventories, CRQs, artifacts. Ensure compliance with security, architecture, audit, and IT policies. Coordinate deployment windows, environments, and releases with Infrastructure and DevOps. Operations and Support Support N2/N3 incidents and post-production stabilization. Supervise performance, logs, metrics, and user experience. Promote continuous improvement and reduction of technical debt. Architectural Knowledge: Software architecture (microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven). Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP). DevOps: CI/CD, pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC. Languages: Java, .NET, NodeJS, Python, Angular/React (as per domain requirements). SQL and NoSQL databases. Integration: API Manager, ESB, BPM. Cybersecurity: OWASP, hardening, vulnerabilities. Observability: APM, logs, metrics, and alerts. ITIL (Incidents, Problems, Changes) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Role: Delivery KPIs % of technical deliveries on time (target: 90%). Deviation between estimated vs. actual technical effort. Technical velocity of teams (per agile methodology). Quality KPIs Defects per release (target: continuous reduction). Critical post-release incidents (P1/P2). Compliance with DoR/DoD and technical standards. Governance KPIs Compliance with architecture and security (audits). Up-to-date technical documentation. Completed vs. identified technical debt management.
