Job Summary: A pharmaceutical group is seeking a Tablet Compression Supervisor to oversee and lead production areas, plan activities, and ensure product quality and process compliance. Prevent rework and quality non-conformities in products. **Pharmaceutical Group**, with over 45 years of experience in the healthcare sector, invites you to join us as: ***Tablet Compression Supervisor (Pharmaceutical Industry)*** **What Do You Need?** * Education: Degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry (QFB), Industrial Chemistry (IQ), Biotechnology (IBQ), Chemistry, or related field; degree certificate and professional license are mandatory. * Minimum 2 years of experience managing personnel and executing unit operations such as granulation, tablet compression, coating, and hard capsule encapsulation. * Availability to rotate across three shifts from Monday to Saturday (morning, afternoon, night). * Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. ***Responsibilities*** * Supervise and lead personnel across various production areas. * Plan activities according to the monthly production schedule. * Report any defects detected in products, equipment, or work areas during working hours. * Maintain facilities and ensure optimal conditions. * Prevent rework, reprocessing, and non-conformities resulting from failure to meet product quality requirements. * Verify that cleaning and manufacturing activities are performed within standard timeframes. * Review reconciliation and completion of manufacturing records for each produced product. * Verify and approve process adjustments, physical tests, and process controls. * Train newly hired personnel according to their assigned area and required operation. * Update the document management system and training and qualification programs for production. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Subsidized cafeteria * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract Benefits: * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
