Job Description We are looking for a professional, proactive, and committed individual for the Full Stack Engineer role at a startup in its growth phase. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications; collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products; and participating in technical decisions that advance architecture and user experience. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or demonstrable equivalent experience in full-stack development roles. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-stack web development, ideally in agile and fast-growing environments. * Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular). * Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, Go, or another relevant language; knowledge of RESTful API and/or GraphQL design. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and efficient schema design. * Familiarity with DevOps principles: CI/CD, containers (Docker), basic orchestration, and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar). * Strong testing and code quality practices: unit tests, integration tests, and code reviews. * Effective communication skills, teamwork ability, and capacity to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Autonomy, focus on delivering value, and adaptability in ambiguous and rapidly changing contexts. * Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; gender-neutral approach and respect for pluralism. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in the full product development lifecycle: technical definition, estimation, implementation, testing, and deployment. * Design and build reusable frontend components and efficient, secure backend APIs. * Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and other engineering teams to ensure a consistent, high-performance user experience. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct and participate in code reviews to elevate team quality. * Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and practices enabling frequent, safe deployments. * Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues, proposing improvements for system stability and scalability. * Contribute to defining technical architecture and selecting appropriate tools and libraries for the product. * Mentor less-experienced developers and promote best practices within the team. * Participate in technical planning and task estimation, contributing judgment and continuous process improvement. **Competencies and Skills:** * Product orientation and focus on delivering value to end users. * Ability to solve complex problems with an analytical and pragmatic approach. * Skill in collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Proactivity, autonomy, and resilience when facing ambiguity and frequent change. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively amid multiple competing demands. * Commitment to quality, testing, and continuous improvement of both product and processes. **Conditions:** * Work mode: hybrid/on-site as required by internal policy. * Employment type: full-time. * Flexible schedule with availability for key meetings or occasional out-of-hours activities. * Location: main city (specific location will be detailed in the formal offer). * A competitive compensation package and professional development opportunities within the startup will be offered.
