**Job Title:** Senior Software Project Manager (Full Stack Developer Background) **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **English Proficiency: 100% fluency required (verbal and written)** **Position Overview:** We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong foundation in full\-stack development. This role requires hands\-on technical capabilities, proven leadership in managing development teams, and a proactive approach to project delivery. The ideal candidate needs to be fluent in English and excels in both communication and coding execution across all stages of the software development lifecycle. This candidate not only needs to be highly fluent in **ASP.NET**, **Entity Framework**, and **JavaScript,** but also have the ability to search through existing code to gain an understanding of the current architecture. This candidate will be working with other members of our software team to build new applications and manage projects with those team members. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage software development projects from planning through deployment. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders to define requirements and set clear deliverables. * Contribute directly to the codebase (both front\-end and back\-end) as needed. * Ensure high\-quality and timely delivery of software products. * Review, understand, and improve existing codebases. * Provide innovative solutions to complex technical and business challenges. * Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Must\-Have Qualifications: English Communication: * Fluent in both verbal and written English. * Comfortable communicating with senior leadership, clients, and technical teams. Full Stack Development Expertise: * Strong hands\-on experience with front\-end and back\-end technologies. * Ability to contribute code in active projects. Technical Skills: * 7\+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on **C\#** and **.NET** technologies. * Solid understanding of **ASP.NET**, **Entity Framework**, and **JavaScript**. * Experience with **front\-end frameworks** including **Bootstrap**, **jQuery**, and **KnockoutJS**. Project Management Experience: * 3–5 years managing software development teams and projects. * Proven ability to deliver results under deadlines and coordinate distributed teams. Code Comprehension \& Enhancement: * Able to read, analyze, and extend existing codebases. * Identify and implement improvements to enhance performance, readability, and maintainability.
