You will lead quality assurance initiatives across processes and products, driving continuous improvement and innovation in fiber optics projects. We are looking for proactive individuals with innovative vision and a passion for delivering solutions that have a real impact on the industry. **What You'll Do** * Ensure the quality of processes and products in Optics \& Connectivity projects, preferably focusing on fiber optics. * Implement and maintain quality controls aligned with management systems (QMS). * Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using tools such as 8D, PDCA, and 5W. * Develop and implement inspection, validation, and testing plans for optical products. * Document standard procedures and train operational and technical personnel. * Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO 9001 or others). * Actively support programs such as 5S, EHS, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality. * Participate in the introduction of new technologies and testing methods in optical manufacturing. * Fulfill the responsibilities and authorities outlined in the control plans associated with the position. **Who You Are (Basic Requirements)** * Bachelor's degree in Photonics, Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * At least 3 years of experience in quality and manufacturing, preferably in fiber optics projects. * Strong knowledge of assembly and validation of optical connectors. * Proficiency in quality and problem\-solving tools (8D, PDCA, 5W). * Solid understanding of statistics applied to industrial processes. * Experience with statistical software (Minitab, JMP) and ERP systems (SAP). * Experience with audits under ISO 9001 or similar standards. * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Strong results orientation, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. **What Will Put You Ahead** * Experience in fiber optics manufacturing processes. * Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification. * Experience in technical Project Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) launches. * Previous involvement in the development or improvement of optical connectivity products.
