We offer comprehensive solutions in recruitment, selection, personnel administration, and consulting, always with a strategic and personalized approach. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **accounting entry of customer invoices** into three different systems (**EVMI, Justin, and SAP**) corresponding to Guadalajara operations. * **Follow up and prioritize** the resolution of pending customer-related issues, ensuring **timely resolution** and **continuous project progress**. * Carry out assigned **month-end closing activities**, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established deadlines. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in related fields. * Previous experience in accounts receivable as an Analyst. * Bilingual (English\-Spanish). * Effective communication skills and interpersonal relationship management. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency with office tools and material control systems. * Experience and knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Jusfin, and/or Helios. * Desirable experience in logistics or global services companies (3PL / 4PL). **Salary scheme:** Fixed Salary \+ Superior Benefits Salary: $20,000 \- 30,000 Gross Superior Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Dining room service * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * 24 days of Christmas bonus * Christmas bonus **Location:** El Salto, Guadalajara, Jal **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm Job type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
