We are looking for a responsible **Private Security Supervisor** with leadership skills and proven experience in the field, to coordinate and supervise security personnel, ensuring the protection of facilities, assets, and people, as well as compliance with established protocols. * Supervise and coordinate security staff in their daily duties. * Verify compliance with patrols, access controls, logs, and reports. * Respond to incidents and coordinate immediate corrective actions. * Train and motivate the team under supervision. * Maintain constant communication with the client and operations management. * Prepare incident and occurrence reports. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations regarding security. * Implement preventive measures to minimize risks and losses. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Supervisor. * Knowledge of security protocols, access control, and incident management. * Leadership ability, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends or holidays if required. * Minimum education: (preferably High School or technical degree). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Job stability. * Uniforms and work equipment.
