




MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Key Functions and Responsibilities 1. Electrical Substation Maintenance Supervise inspections, maintenance, and testing of substation equipment (transformers, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, relays, battery banks, control panels, isolators, etc.). Coordinate switching operations, de-energization, energization, and grounding in accordance with electrical safety standards. 2. Fleet Maintenance (Diesel and Gasoline) Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of light and heavy vehicles as well as mobile equipment. 3. Operational and Administrative Management Prepare and manage work orders and maintenance schedules. Monitor and control the department’s budget, optimizing resources and reducing operational costs. Coordinate technical staff, assigning tasks based on skills and priorities. 4. Safety and Regulatory Compliance Implement safe work procedures in electrical and mechanical areas. Conduct risk assessments, issue work permits, apply lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures, and implement other protective measures. Verify that personnel possess appropriate training and personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure compliance with governmental, environmental, and electrical safety regulations.
