**Position Mission:** Provide comprehensive support to the credit and collections department, carrying out operational and administrative tasks across various departmental activities (control desk, receipts reconciliation, billing), ensuring timely execution, process quality, and efficient service to internal and external customers. **POSITION FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES** Control Desk · Review and validation of client and partner documents · Identification of documentation errors and follow-up until correction · Application of discounts and application of shrinkage policy Receipts Reconciliation · Generation of settlements and receipts · Registration in the system of credit notes issued by partners Billing · Generation, review, and submission of invoices and credit notes according to customer requirements · Verification of tax data in compliance with SAT guidelines. · Handling customer requests regarding billing. General Support · Recording customer payments received in the system. · Identification of unreferenced deposits. · Payment reconciliation against open invoices. · Assist during workload peaks in any sub-area of the department. · Intercompany balances reconciliation * · Support in administrative tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
