Reporting to the Test Superintendent, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement. **What You Will Do** \* Interact directly with production areas to improve operational efficiency. * Analyze and repair test equipment quickly and effectively. * Provide comprehensive support across all three production shifts. * Execute maintenance plans according to the scheduled calendar. * Maintain performance above quality-established thresholds. * Accurately and proactively manage spare parts inventory. * Apply your knowledge of digital and analog electronics to solve complex problems. **Who You Are** \* Bachelor’s degree in Photonics Engineering (Preferred) * 1 year of experience in the field * Knowledge of circuit analysis and schematic interpretation. * Proficiency in programming and handling electronic instruments. * Knowledge of fiber optics * Knowledge of design software (Preferred) * Ability to read technical English **What Will Set You Apart** \* Familiarity with PCB design. * Additional experience or specialized training in related areas.
