We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with proven experience in inventory management, personnel supervision, and continuous process improvement. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring control and availability of materials, as well as compliance with safety, quality, and discipline standards within the warehouse. **Responsibilities:** * Report daily to management on inventories of key production materials. * Supervise and audit material supply on-site and with external suppliers. * Develop and follow up on improvement plans for material receiving, dispatching, storage, and transfer processes. * Analyze cyclic count reports and address discrepancies. * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and compliance with safety guidelines. * Coordinate annual inventory audits. * Lead a team of up to 50 employees, promoting communication and collaborative work. **Requirements** * **Education:** High school diploma (Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering, Administration, or Accounting preferred). * **Experience:** 5 years as a warehouse supervisor or in distribution center management. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills and data analysis. * Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred). * Availability to travel. **Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Organization, discipline, and results-oriented focus. * Teamwork. **We offer** Competitive salary 3% savings fund 50% subsidized cafeteria Job type: Full-time Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
