Incident control and compliance with security protocols. **A prominent national private security company is currently seeking a:** ***Service Manager for a Security Company in Guadalajara, Jalisco.*** We seek a candidate interested in the security industry (monitoring, guarding, on-site security) to join our Operations team as Service Manager. **Requirements:** * Age: 20 to 50 years old * Minimum education: Completed high school with certificate * Minimum experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within private security * Complete personal documentation **Responsibilities:** * Management of CCTV and GPS systems * Basic/intermediate computer skills * Supervision and coordination of operational personnel * Preparation and submission of daily reports * Control of service incidents and updates * Verification of compliance with security instructions and protocols * Attendance tracking and shift coverage **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $16,000 * Weekly payment: $3,733 net * Statutory benefits from day one **Work Schedule:** * Shift: 6x1 — 12 hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Saturday: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Sundays off **Work Location:** Parque Industrial Panorama, El Salto, Jalisco. ***Interested candidates who meet the profile are encouraged to apply through this channel.*** We would be delighted to meet you!!!
