Growing company is seeking: Property Security Coordinator Work location: El Salto, Jalisco (industrial area), free transportation available Schedule: Monday to Sunday Monthly gross salary: $20,000.00 + statutory and additional benefits Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: Minimum 2 years in laboratories or pharmaceutical companies Knowledge: * Industrial safety knowledge * Fire protection devices knowledge * Knowledge of STPS standards * Knowledge of Comprehensive Risk Management * SEDE regulations knowledge * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law and IMSS regulations * Asset control knowledge * Key control knowledge * Knowledge and operation of surveillance cameras and plant security systems **Job responsibilities and functions** * Organize and plan property security activities within the company * Ensure compliance with current regulations * Equipment and maintenance of facilities regarding property security (informational/restrictive signs) * Accident prevention campaigns, both for vehicles and facilities * Permanent attention to guidelines and follow-up on Civil Protection matters * Monitoring natural phenomena (hurricanes, rains, earthquakes, etc.), issuing preventive alerts to colleagues across the country * Access control management * Information security control at the Security Booth * Asset controls, entries, exits, and changes within the plant * Development and follow-up of property security procedures * Management of surveillance cameras * Investigation of incidents/incidents through security cameras Interested candidates should send their CV through this channel Job type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Free parking * Additional vacation days or paid leave Application question(s): * Do you have experience in laboratories or pharmaceutical companies?
