Job Profile: Tortilla Factory Mechanic Purpose of the Position Ensure the proper operation of tortilla production machines through preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing operational continuity and product quality. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive maintenance on tortilla-making machines (cleaning, adjustments, lubrication). * Carry out corrective maintenance in response to mechanical or electrical failures. * Diagnose technical issues and propose immediate solutions. * Monitor spare parts inventory and request replacements as needed. * Support general operational activities and maintain order in the work area. * Comply with safety and hygiene standards when operating machinery. Job Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial machinery maintenance or similar. * Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and hydraulic systems. * Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical failures. * Availability to work extended hours. * Responsible, organized attitude with a team-oriented mindset. * Motorcycle operation capability. * Valid driver’s license.
