Constant communication to report updates and receive instructions. **GRUPO MAYA PROTECCIÓN PERSONAL PRIVADA Y EMPRESARIAL SA DE CV is seeking an Intramural Security Guard in Carretera Chapala \- El Salto, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Objective:** Ensure the security and protection of facilities, assigned zones, assets, and personnel by conducting systematic patrols and preventive rounds using a mobile unit. The mission is to promptly detect risks, anomalies, or hazardous situations; respond immediately to any incident; and maintain constant communication with the control center—thereby contributing to crime prevention, order maintenance, and peace of mind within monitored areas. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic patrols and surveillance rounds along assigned routes, sectors, or facilities, following established itineraries. * Inspect access points, perimeters, facilities, equipment, and vulnerable locations to detect and report any irregularities, damage, or attempted intrusion. * Maintain continuous and clear communication with the command post or operations center to report updates, receive instructions, and immediately report emergencies. * Respond rapidly and in coordination to risk situations, altercations, accidents, or any event threatening security, applying current protocols. * Prepare detailed reports, incident logs, and daily activity records documenting all tasks and incidents occurring during the shift. * Assist in access control duties, including screening of persons or vehicles when required. * Verify and maintain the patrol vehicle, communication devices, flashlights, and other assigned tools in optimal working condition. * Collaborate with other security personnel and relevant authorities as necessary. **Requirements:** * Education: Junior high school diploma. * Documentation: Valid driver’s license. * Experience: Minimum 6 months in private security. * Knowledge of firearm usage. **Competencies:** * Strong observational skills: Attention to detail for early identification of risks or abnormal situations. * Discipline and responsibility: Strict adherence to schedules, routes, regulations, and received orders. * Composure and quick reaction: Ability to act firmly, judiciously, and calmly under stress or danger. * Physical stamina: Capacity to perform extended walks, remain mobile, and stay alert throughout the entire work shift. * Effective communication: Ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and promptly. * Integrity and professional ethics: Honesty, confidentiality, and loyalty in performing duties. * Teamwork: Willingness to coordinate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and operational staff. * Prevention-oriented mindset: Ability to anticipate problems and take timely measures to prevent them. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $12,000 MXN (tax-free). * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Life insurance. * Shift schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off (day or night shift). * Work location: Along Carretera Chapala, El Salto, Jalisco. **Desired Education Level:** Basic **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Security Guards and Patrol, Surveillance Services *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fb71e045000078005beb96\&source\=indeed*
