Today we are looking for your talent to become part of this great family. **Service Manager** (Operational/Administrative) **Main activities and responsibilities:** **Activities** \- Deliver onboarding security training to new staff. \- Generate work permits for the property security area. \- Manage the company's communication radio inventory. \- Ensure compliance with the private security company's security policies. \- Support service operations. \- Supervise adherence to processes and protocols for each position. \- Provide training to all new arrivals at posts. \- Handle risk situations. \- Properly manage the C\-TPAT area. **Responsibilities:** * **The position** must support the company's security operations. * **Ensure** compliance with guidelines, plans, and protection and security programs established in the security management system, serving as a primary example of ethical conduct and adherence to company values. * **Protect** all individuals conducting any legal activity beneficial to the organization, both within and outside the facilities when required, as well as all material assets owned by the Client and confidential information related to company security. * **Follow up** on incident reports related to security guards. * **Disseminate** security policies and procedures to security personnel. * **Implement** security strategies to ensure secure product delivery through the implementation of C\-TPAT and OEA supply chain management systems, together with stakeholders and suppliers. * **Capacity** for analysis on security matters and considerable discretion in highly sensitive and confidential issues. * Availability to work on non-working days and hours when necessary. * Manage and resolve escalations related to assigned areas. * **Respect** regulatory agency guidelines including but not limited to ISO, OEA, CTPAT, NOMs, LFST. * **Collaborate** in compliance with Quality Management Systems, Health Safety\-Environment (EHS), as well as Social Responsibility, Ethics, and Labor standards. * **Basic knowledge** of First Aid, Environment, Safety Regulations, fire extinguisher use, and evacuation procedures. * **Commit** to personal development by attending mandatory and special departmental courses. **Requirements**: High school diploma or technical degree Minimum one year of experience in a similar role Knowledge of: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Health and Safety, Environment, Physical Security, Driving, Assertive Communication, public speaking skills. **Competencies**: Leadership Problem Solving Organized Proactive Responsible Teamwork Work under pressure Extroverted Strong verbal and written skills Results-oriented Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
