Career development in a growing pharmaceutical environment Grupo Carbel is a pharmaceutical laboratory expanding its operations and seeking: Payroll Analyst (Temporary, with potential for permanent placement) **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Gender: Unrestricted * Easy access to El Salto **2 years of experience** **Job-related knowledge:** * IMSS * INFONAVIT * FONACOT * SUA * IDSE * Management of a workforce of at least 300 employees * Pre-payroll processing **Job Responsibilities and Functions:** * Preparation of weekly pre-payroll for 300 employees * Personnel database management * Drafting of fixed-term and indefinite-term employment contracts * Employee registration on time clocks * Onboarding of new hires * Issuance of identification cards for new hires and expired cards * Overtime and worked rest day tracking * Preparation of ST7 forms * Absence and incapacity tracking * Processing of resignations * Preparation of severance payments and final settlements * Control and safekeeping of personnel files **Required Competencies:** * Teamwork * Initiative * Planning and organization * Compliance with regulations * Effective communication **We Offer:** * Work schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Salary: $15,000.00 - $17,800.00 MXN (gross monthly) * 9 paid leave days (birthday, May 10, Holy Thursday and Good Friday, October 12, November 1 and 2, December 24 and 31) * 26-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) * 13 vacation days after completing the first year * 26% vacation premium Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 - $17,500.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
