**POSITION OBJECTIVE:**
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service, achieving established sales goals by professionally serving customers at the counter and via telephone, providing personalized attention, basic technical advice, and timely order follow-up.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Education: Completed high school or technical degree. Preferred background in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sales.
* Additional training: Courses in sales techniques, negotiation, or customer service.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in direct sales, telemarketing, or customer service, with a results-oriented approach, handling objections, and closing sales.
* Proficiency in billing systems or point-of-sale (POS).

Position Objective
Provide effective follow-up on leads generated by TAOSA Muebles' digital campaigns and media, effectively contacting interested prospects, profiling their needs, assigning them to the sales team or authorized distributors as appropriate, and ensuring excellent service in every interaction.
Additionally, will support operational activities within the marketing department as required during different times of the year.
