**Knowledge:** * Mastery of ISO 9000 * HACCP * Statistical process control * NOM 251 * ISO 18000 * ISO 14000 **Activities:** * Ensure that the warehouse implements and complies with each of the parameters defined in the Integrated Management System (ISOS 9000, 18000, 22000, 14000) established by the company. * Handle and follow up on internal and external audits * Monitor shrinkage * Control and track non-conformities (PNC) * Monitor, manage, and control pests * Control cleaning supplies * Document control and safeguarding of documents supporting and certifying the IMS (Integrated Management System) * Perform system entries (RFID-WEP) to formally register origin-related non-conformities (PNC) Shift: MONDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 9:00 PM TO 5:00 AM
