




**Join Our Team!** At Grupo Taosa, we are seeking a highly qualified professional to temporarily fill the Payroll Manager position to cover maternity leave. **Position Objective:** Ensure timely and accurate calculation, processing, and payment of payroll in compliance with current legal, tax, and labor regulations, as well as maintain control and safeguard related information. **Key Responsibilities:** * Calculate and process weekly payroll for staff. * Validate attendance incidents such as absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities, overtime, etc. * Prepare and submit payroll-related declarations (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Fonacot, etc.). * Coordinate payments of severance packages, final settlements, and year-end bonuses. * Keep the payroll system updated and ensure its proper functioning. * Prepare monthly payroll cost reports and accounting reconciliations. * Follow up on internal and external audits. * Address employee requests regarding pay slips, clarifications, and certifications. * Comply with current tax and labor obligations. * Coordinate with the accounting and finance departments regarding payments and recordkeeping. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–3 years in payroll calculation and administration. * **Technical Knowledge:** Federal Labor Law, ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other tax-labor regulations; Payroll systems; Intermediate-to-advanced Excel; SUA and NOMIPACK software. * **Skills:** High level of confidentiality and ethics; Attention to detail and numerical accuracy; Analytical and organizational ability; Clear communication and interpersonal skills with personnel at all levels.
