Job Description: We are looking for a **Purchasing Analyst** responsible for managing the acquisition of materials, products, and services required for company operations, ensuring optimal quality, cost, and delivery time. The candidate will be responsible for purchase order control and tracking product expiration dates, guaranteeing efficient inventory management. **Responsibilities:** * Generate and follow up on **purchase orders**. * Request price quotations and perform price comparisons. * Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and quality conditions with suppliers. * Monitor and update **product expiration dates** in inventory. * Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse department and verify material receipt. * Maintain updated supplier and product catalogs. * Record and manage purchasing expenses within the assigned budget. * Support the identification and evaluation of new suppliers. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing or supply chain. * Advanced **Excel skills** or experience with inventory management systems. * Knowledge of expiration date and inventory controls. * Strong negotiation, planning, and ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
