Partner with Operations for continuous improvement We’re looking for a strategic and results\-driven Reliability Manager to join our team and lead asset reliability across the facility. In this role, you will drive equipment safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence by implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies that reduce downtime and improve plant performance. **What You’ll Do** ------------------ * Lead the plant reliability strategy to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime. * Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs across all assets. * Monitor and improve key reliability KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance, and breakdown reduction. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. * Optimize maintenance plans using reliability tools and methodologies (RCM, RCA, etc.). * Partner with Operations to drive continuous improvement and asset performance. * Lead and develop reliability and maintenance teams across the facility. **What We’re Looking For** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. * 6\+ years' experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management within manufacturing. * Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies. * Experience analyzing and improving reliability KPIs. * Proven leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities. **What Will Set You Apart** --------------------------- * Experience implementing RCM, RCA, or asset management strategies. * Background in continuous improvement and downtime reduction. * Experience working in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment. * Ability to influence cross\-functional teams and drive proactive maintenance culture. \#LI\-SN1 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
