**Your Job:**We are looking for a **Project Manager** to deliver business projects on schedule, within scope, and within budget by leveraging project management best practices. This role will lead cross\-functional teams, manage project documentation, and ensure successful execution aligned with organizational goals. **Our Team:** You'll join the DSS division at Molex Guadalajara, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and materials teams. Our team is committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering value through effective project execution. **What You Will Do:** * Define business opportunities and lead solution selection involving process, people, and technology * Track and communicate project performance, including costs, scope, and quality * Manage projects using PMBOK\-based methodologies to ensure delivery within cost, schedule, and scope * Create and maintain risk mitigation and contingency plans * Mentor team members and support organizational project policies and procedures * Lead external consultants when required * Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):** * Bachelor's degree or minimum of five (5\) years of work experience * Minimum of three (3\) years of experience in project management methodologies and tools * Experience leading cross\-functional project teams * English proficiency at C1 level * Knowledge of PMBOK concepts and project documentation **What Will Put You Ahead:** * Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) * MBA or 10\+ years of experience * GLSS \- Lean/Green Belt certification * Experience managing complex global projects **Who We Are:**As a Koch company, Molex is a globally recognized provider of electronic solutions, enabling innovation in industries ranging from automotive to healthcare.
