**JOB MISSION:** Develop, lead, and implement a comprehensive asset security strategy that ensures the physical, technological, and legal protection of the organization's assets, information, and personnel, minimizing risks, anticipating threats, and ensuring operational continuity in complex and dynamic environments. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and lead an integrated security management model * Implement intelligence systems and predictive analysis * Supervise technological integration and modernization of security * Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans * Establish strategic partnerships with authorities and agencies * Lead investigations of complex incidents * Manage security service providers and contracts * Promote organizational safety culture **JOB PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Security, Systems Engineering, Administration, Law, or related fields. * Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in asset security, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role with a strategic focus. * Operational supervision of asset security as Coordinator or Security Supervisor, managing surveillance teams and shifts * Design and implementation of physical and electronic security protocols; responsible for designing and executing facility security plans, access control * Investigation and resolution of critical incidents (theft, losses); in charge of leading internal investigations, coordinating with legal, and submitting reports * Liaison with authorities and regulatory compliance in security; representative before authorities (National Guard, police, civil protection, etc.) * Crisis management and operational continuity; active participation in drills, development of contingency and recovery plans * Implementation of security and monitoring technologies; responsible for integrating tools such as CCTV, alarms, biometric access control, among others * Strategic leadership and business risk analysis; participation in committees or executive teams, preparation of strategic reports **EXTERNAL RELATIONS:** * Monitoring companies * Public security authorities (municipal, state police, National Guard) * Civil Protection (municipal, state, federal) * Consultants or advisors in risk and asset security management **EMPLOYMENT OFFER:** * Monthly fixed salary: $35,000 before taxes * Monthly punctuality bonus: $3,500 * Monthly attendance bonus: $3,500 * Performance bonus: $6,000 monthly (variable, capped at $6,000) * Monthly gasoline vouchers: $3,000 * $1,750 monthly grocery vouchers * 3% savings fund * Statutory benefits * 30 days year-end bonus **NOTE: This position is based in JALISCO; resumes from other locations will not be accepted.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 - $37,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
