**Your Role** Process technician in cable manufacturing responsible for maintaining production lines operating stably, reducing downtime, and keeping scrap levels to a minimum. Responsible for productivity and performance of production lines through training production operators to ensure proper use of machines, tools, and engineering documentation. **Our Team** Molex is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and cable assembly connectivity systems. We are seeking talent to contribute within this great company. **What You'll Do** * Provide support to production lines for agile resolution of issues on the production floor. * Train manufacturing operators in the correct use of machinery and tools, as well as adherence to operation methods established by the process engineering department. * Maintain scrap levels within target, ensuring operational staff comply with QMS procedures. * Monitor daily production plans to ensure timely fulfillment, prioritizing product quality. **Who You Are** * Mechanical / electromechanical / mechatronic technician or related technical field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment. * Experience with production machinery and knowledge of proper tool handling. **What Would Give You an Advantage** * Experience in cable manufacturing processes or plastic extrusion processes. * Experience with Lean tools for continuous improvement or problem-solving methodologies. * Basic/intermediate level of English proficiency.
