DE C.V. in Ixtlahuacan De Los Membrillos - Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos, Jalisco** Welding Robot Operator Grupo Polesa, a Mexican company with over 60 years in the market, is the leading supplier in the manufacturing of transmission and distribution power poles and fittings, lighting, telecommunications, signage, and public street lighting. To continue contributing to transformation, we are seeking to add an Automated Welding Technician to our team based at our Guadalajara plant (15 minutes from the airport). Role Purpose: Execute precise welding processes on automated manufacturing systems, ensuring product quality and compliance with production standards. Requirements: * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Minimum one year of experience operating automated production equipment. * Basic knowledge of welding processes is desirable. * Technical English desirable; ability to read equipment manuals and communicate to request technical support from equipment suppliers. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor automated welding machinery according to established procedures. * Prepare materials and equipment for the start of the welding process. * Verify operational parameters and make basic adjustments to ensure weld bead quality. * Perform visual quality inspections and report deviations or process failures. * Maintain operation records and track incidents during assigned shifts. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Role Context: * On-site. * Three shifts rotate periodically: 1st shift: 6:45 am - 3:00 pm, Saturday 6:45 am - 1:30 pm. 2nd shift: 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Saturday 1:30 pm - 6:00 pm. 3rd shift: 10:30 pm - 6:45 am, Monday to Friday. * Work Location: 15 minutes past the airport.
