Responsibilities Manage maintenance of systems and computer equipment. Coordinate installation and configuration of hardware and software. Supervise daily operation of networks and systems. Assist in resolving technical issues. Provide technical support to users and internal IT department teams. Ensure proper operation of networks and computer equipment. Schedule and perform maintenance on equipment. Troubleshoot issues. Support production programs and internal IT department programs. Ensure proper operation of production programs. Provide support and assistance to production departments. Perform maintenance and implement sub-developments to meet production requirements · Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field (graduated) Technical support technician Experience in hardware and software management. Ability to work in a team environment. Spoken English proficiency. Knowledge of computing, software development, and technical support. Familiarity with tools for analysis and problem resolution. Knowledge of technical and administrative areas.
