Requirements * Education: High school diploma * Experience: 1 year in a similar position with personnel under supervision Responsibilities * Ensure the proper allocation of necessary resources on your production line (personnel, materials, and work tools) according to the production process layout. * Ensure and verify proper clearance of the production line before shift start and/or SKU changes. * Guarantee accurate recording of work team assignments, required personnel, and materials in the Data Pack system at the opening of each work order. * Ensure compliance with established production rates for each work order, according to the commercial proposal with the client. * Ensure correct physical and system-based (Data Pack) recording and reconciliation of materials used during production orders. * Report any malfunctions or anomalies in work tools (computers, sealers, ovens, inkjet printers, conveyor belts, etc.). * Report any deviations or anomalies in the production process to the Line Supervisor and Quality department. * Close production orders in the Data Pack system. * Maintain a positive work environment by coordinating employee development activities and ensuring workforce stability. * Ensure compliance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Ensure assigned personnel meet quality standards in production and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for production tasks.
