




A company engaged in the manufacturing and nationwide sale of construction materials is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support billing and incident management. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education required: High school diploma or technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant/warehouse assistant; must not have sensitivities to dust or dirt, and must be comfortable using personal protective equipment. Knowledge of: Payroll incidents, Microsoft Office, SAP, and billing. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support administrative activities related to billing and customer service. Preparation of invoices and sales reports. Management of petty cash. Customer service and follow-up. Maintenance of administrative files and documentation. Personnel incident handling.
