




A leading company in the furniture and panel industry is seeking: HR Assistant **Job Objective:** Provide support in administrative and operational HR processes, contributing to personnel management and compliance with internal policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. * Maintain and update employee files. * Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other administrative documents. * Support attendance tracking, incident management, and report generation. * Participate in training, onboarding, and internal communication activities. * Assist in organizing internal events and programs. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (intern or graduate). * Experience: 6 months – 1 year in a similar position. * Knowledge: * Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel skills). * Basic HR processes. * Skills: * Organization and follow-up. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Discretion and commitment to confidentiality. **Competencies:** * Service orientation. * Proactive attitude. * Responsibility and commitment. * Capacity for learning.
