RECAL is seeking: **International Project Coordinator** **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct weekly meetings to monitor project progress and performance against the project plan, identify and resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance. * Coordinate client projects with involved departments (Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Coatings, Assembly, etc.) and follow up to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective fulfillment of client requirements. * Maintain close relationships with assigned clients and suppliers, as well as leaders from involved departments, to achieve goals collaboratively. Participate in and schedule project follow-up meetings with clients. * Prepare, send, and present project progress reports to management and clients, including material reports, communication matrices, manufacturing status reports, etc. * Review the project schedule created by the Project Manager and, based on progress or lack thereof, inform the entire team at all times of any potential positive or negative impacts. * Ensure at all times that all involved departments are informed of any changes and confirm that all processes proceed according to schedule. **Requirements:** * Project administration and management. * Experience in the metal-mechanical and/or construction industry. * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * 3 to 4 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate/Advanced English. **We Offer:** * Base salary of 30,000 to 33,000 monthly gross * Food vouchers 8% * 100% social security * Vacations * Vacation bonus * 30-day Christmas bonus * Profit sharing (PTU) * INFONAVIT, FONACOT * Life insurance * Transportation service and cafeteria * Major medical expense insurance * Work uniforms and school supplies for preschool and elementary school children Employment type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 - $33,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Food vouchers Work schedule: * Monday to Friday * 10-hour shifts Work Location: On-site
