Job Purpose Perform electrical assembly of modules, panels, and complete machines, ensuring correct connections, safe operation, and compliance with internal standards. This role is critical to guaranteeing reliable, stable equipment ready for final integration. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble panels, harnesses, cabinets, and electrical components according to drawings and diagrams. - Perform wiring, conduit installation, labeling, and routing of electrical lines per internal standards. - Conduct basic continuity, voltage, and current tests. - Verify polarities, protective devices, sensors, and critical connections. - Record activities and time spent using established forms. - Maintain workplace order, cleanliness, and proper tool care. - Immediately report deviations, failures, or hazards. - Support other manufacturing areas as required. - Strictly comply with electrical safety regulations and PPE requirements. Job Requirements: - Technical degree in electricity, electromechanics, mechatronics, or related field; OR – Without technical degree: minimum 3 years of industrial electrical assembly experience. - Experience assembling panels, cabinets, harnesses, or industrial wiring. - Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and symbols. - Proficiency with tools (crimping pliers, wire strippers, multimeter, torque wrench, drill, hand tools). - Basic knowledge of electricity, sensors, actuators, variable frequency drives, and electrical protection devices. - Ability to perform basic tests using a multimeter. - Willingness to travel Key Competencies: Proactivity: Timely identification of electrical deviations and risks.
