You will operate in a dynamic environment focused on process improvement and operational excellence. **What You’ll Do** * Install, maintain, and repair high-precision machinery, including electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems. * Diagnose and resolve technical failures, collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance. * Accurately and promptly document maintenance activities and system modifications. * Comply with and promote industrial safety standards and applicable regulations. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. **Who You Are (Basic Requirements)** * Technical or engineering degree (preferably in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics). * 1–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or automation. * Knowledge of pneumatics, electronics, electrical control, and basic programming. * Experience with PLCs, vision systems (Cognex or Keyence), and automation software. * Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical problems. **What Will Set You Apart** * Prior experience in the electronics industry or automated processes. * Knowledge of mechanical part design for equipment optimization. * Proficiency with multimeters, calipers, and LOTO procedures. * Programming skills in C++ or Python. * Proactive attitude and ability to follow instructions precisely.
