Job Profile: * Education: Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or related field. (Technical degree in manufacturing or industrial processes preferred). * Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising or coordinating manufacturing workshops, metalworking, or industrial production. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, welding, etc.), blueprint interpretation, quality control, production metrics, and industrial safety and hygiene standards.
