**Your Role** Ensure high-quality dining and transportation services for Molex Guadalajara, adhering to compliance policies and cost controls. **Our Team** Provide prompt attention and resolution to issues, ensuring satisfaction of internal customers, which includes all Molex employees. **What You'll Do** * Ensure the highest possible service quality for employees. * Provide attention and resolution to situations, ensuring internal customer satisfaction. * Innovate and propose improvements so staff feel their needs are met. * Standardize processes. * Analyze and improve expenses by initiating cost-saving and efficiency projects. * Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs by following all approved practices and procedures, performing housekeeping tasks, and identifying/recommending improvements to management. * Fulfill responsibilities/authorities outlined in any control plan associated with this position. **Who You Are (Basic Requirements)** * Specialty in customer service. * 3\-5 years of experience managing employee services. * Experience in dining, cleaning, and transportation services within global companies with over 2,000 employees. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. **What Gives You an Edge** * Problem-solving skills. * Effective communication. * Leadership. * Motivation to contribute.
