**Your Job:**We are looking for an **EHS Specialist** to identify, reduce, eliminate, and/or control occupational health and safety risks, environmental aspects, and potential sources of accidents or incidents within the company or its surroundings. This role ensures compliance with legal environmental and safety requirements to avoid penalties and provides guidance to medical services, construction EHS coordinators, and security personnel on interpreting and meeting applicable legal and corporate standards. **Our Team:** You'll join the DSS division at Molex Guadalajara, collaborating with operations, safety, and environmental teams to maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with international and local standards. **What You Will Do:** * Implement and monitor occupational health, safety, and environmental programs * Ensure compliance with Mexican legislation and corporate standards (SEMARNAT, STPS, CONAGUA, Civil Protection) * Coordinate audits and inspections, responding to findings and implementing corrective actions * Manage hazardous and non\-hazardous waste disposal and recycling services * Conduct risk assessments and develop preventive measures * Lead EHS training programs for employees and contractors * Support ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001\) and government self\-management programs * Prepare reports and maintain corporate and government reporting systems (SIAAT, SIRCE, ENABLON) * Participate in emergency response planning and safety reviews for new equipment and processes **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Environmental Systems Engineering or related field * 3\-5 years of experience in EHS roles within industrial plants * Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 implementation and audits * Advanced English (minimum 90%) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate reporting systems * Strong understanding of Mexican environmental and safety legislation **What Will Put You Ahead:** * Internal/Lead Auditor certification for ISO standards * Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Gemba) * Knowledge of behavioral safety tools (BBS, STOP) * Ability to deliver large\-scale safety and environmental training sessions * Registration as an external instructor with STPS **Who We Are:**As a Koch company, Molex is a globally recognized provider of electronic solutions, enabling innovation in industries ranging from automotive to healthcare.
