Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates the maintenance, repair, fabrication, and control of molds and fixtures to ensure operational continuity and product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance of tools and molds. 2. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity. 3. Training and technical support for operational staff. Coordinate and supervise departmental activities, ensuring proper maintenance, repair, fabrication, and control of molds and fixtures, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity, product quality, and adherence to production plans. Key Responsibilities * Supervise departmental personnel. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of tools, dies, molds, and fixtures. * Ensure availability and proper functioning for production. * Track technical failures and implement corrective actions. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase productivity. * Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Coordinate testing, adjustments, and release of tooling. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the area. * Train and provide technical support to operational staff. * Prepare maintenance reports, incident reports, and departmental performance reports.
