





**Location:** Querétaro **Full-time** **100% on-site format** **Objective** To serve as a strategic partner for our clients by providing Facility Management services within office spaces and non-productive areas of factories and distribution centers, based on principles of quality, operational efficiency, strict adherence to internal controls, and continuous innovation—enabling our clients to utilize facilities in a safe, functional, and clean environment, aligned with our well-being principle. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Supplier Service Management to ensure compliance with the Activity Program * Maintenance of common areas outside productive zones * Cleaning and basic hygiene * Pest control; coordinated with the Quality department * Fire suppression systems; ensuring full system functionality * Landscaping; pruning, tilling, detailing; irrigation control 2\. Ensure compliance in our operations by implementing administrative controls for suppliers within the Facility Management scope, e.g., CARE, SHE, NIA, STPS. Maintain documentation supporting compliance for any external or internal audit. 3\. Promote a safe environment for our employees and service providers by managing safety awareness, procedures, and corrective actions related to occupational safety. For high-risk tasks, assume full responsibility for issuing Work Permits as part of our operational safety leadership and accountability. 4\. Adhere to and control the Facility budget, ensuring proper execution of expenditures for both fixed and variable services, as well as material control. 5\. Pursue operational efficiency—whether through cost savings or process improvements—by incorporating technology and digitalization into Facility Management processes. A. Identify and assess hazards and risks in work areas, safeguarding one’s own safety and that of others nearby, while applying established safety rules and protocols to prevent accidents. B. Comply with the WHO Code, Corporate Principles, Code of Conduct, and Integrated Management Policy. **What will make you successful:** * 3–4 years of experience in Facility Management service delivery * Degree in Industrial Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
