




Position Summary. We are seeking a Junior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. The candidate will work on the design, development, and testing of technical solutions, with a strong focus on automation, integrated security in CI/CD, and operation of cloud and on-premises environments. The candidate is expected to collaborate effectively with development, operations, and security teams, and to drive DevSecOps practices across the software lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate in the design, development, and testing of technical solutions; reuse and optimize business processes through code and scripts. * Install, configure, and troubleshoot virtual servers and networks; maintain code documentation. * Participate in project kick-offs and solution delivery meetings. * Integrate security practices into DevOps pipelines to ensure secure software delivery from development through deployment. * Automate security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA) within CI/CD workflows to identify vulnerabilities early. * Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with embedded security controls for consistent and secure environments. * Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to align secure coding, deployment, and monitoring practices. * Monitor systems and applications for security threats (SIEM, log analysis, anomaly detection). * Securely manage secrets and credentials (vaults, access controls). * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) across the software lifecycle. * Respond to security incidents in cloud and on-premises environments, supporting rapid remediation and recovery. * Educate teams on DevSecOps principles, promoting a culture of shared security responsibility. * Stay current with emerging DevSecOps tools and practices, continuously seeking improvements in automation and resilience. * Perform all aspects of the role autonomously, seeking guidance when necessary. * Serve as the technical owner of multiple modules within the Cloud Solution system. * Analyze and recommend solutions and technologies to meet customer requirements. * Propose procedural changes with clear and concise information. * Lead the design and development of at least one module (Asset, Accelerator, Point Solution, or Differentiator) for the assigned business area. Minimum Requirements: * **Advanced English — MANDATORY** * University degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity. * **3+ years of experience in DevOps or security engineering.** * Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). * Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization. * Knowledge of security frameworks and tools. Desired / Preferred Qualifications: * Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CKA, AWS Security). * Experience with SAST/DAST tools. * Knowledge of zero-trust architecture. * Exposure to threat modeling and risk assessment.
