EAST ZONE – local candidates required** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Supervise and coordinate all operational and strategic activities related to natural gas service supply (METER READINGS, BILL DISTRIBUTION)** * Supervise personnel to ensure daily achievement of established objectives * Manage needs within the assigned area * Attend meetings with project leaders, presenting results and action plans regarding identified opportunities for improvement in services * Optimize production processes and manage customer relationships * Monitor production reports from assigned zones * Budget management * Coordinate and verify that operational processes are carried out on time and strictly in accordance with established procedures, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and best practice standards **WHAT WE VALUE** * Statistical and results analysis * Quality control, financial administration, and field personnel management in natural gas supply services, billing distribution **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * 3 years of experience managing work teams and field activities * Proven knowledge in contractor and supplier management, and operational area processes * Strong organizational, team management, communication, and leadership skills * Interest in field-based work dynamics and personnel management * Prior involvement in natural gas service supply, drinking water service, or similar services.
