**Job Title:** Account Manager Monogastrics (Poultry, Swine, \& Aqua) **Location:** Western-Central Region of the Country As a Monogastric Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales and managing high-impact direct accounts, focusing on value-added solutions and developing high-return strategies. The position requires extensive knowledge of the livestock industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to create action plans for specific monogastric clients. The manager is capable of coordinating resources and directing technical-commercial efforts for key accounts to ensure demand generation for dsm\-firmenich's nutrition and health solutions, as well as effective execution of the commercial strategy across different solution categories and species (Poultry, Swine, \& Aqua). Requires strong self-management skills, follow-up on customer delivery commitments, and proactivity in personal development and career growth activities according to the individual Career Plan.
