Summary: As an Inventory Accuracy Supervisor, you will design and implement strategies to ensure reliable material supply, improve productivity, and enhance inventory visibility. Highlights: 1. Build and lead a high-performance team focused on continuous improvement. **Your Job** **As an Inventory Accuracy Supervisor, you will design and implement strategies that ensure reliable material supply to production while reducing excess, risk, and lost inventory. This role is critical to improving productivity, inventory visibility, and process discipline across WIP and production supply areas.** **Our Team** **You will join the DSS organization, working closely with Warehouse, Production, Planning, Program Management, Finance, and Inventory Control teams. This role supports material control and inventory accuracy operations within Molex Guadalajara.** **What You Will Do** * **Drive inventory accuracy and WIP control by defining robust material movement and transaction strategies.** * **Lead the implementation of processes, metrics, and system infrastructure to measure productivity and inventory performance.** * **Partner with cross\-functional teams to strengthen material supply models, reduce inventory risk, and support production attainment.** * **Enable Lean Manufacturing, visual management, and automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.** * **Strengthen process standardization by documenting and integrating material control practices into the Quality Management System.** * **Build and lead a high\-performance team focused on continuous improvement, data\-driven decisions, and operational excellence.** **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * **Bachelor's degree or related field.** * **5 to 8 years of experience in inventory control, material management, or related operations roles.** * **Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).** * **Proven experience implementing Kaizen or continuous improvement methodologies.** * **Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities using structured quality tools.** **What Will Put You Ahead** * **Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.** * **Background in production planning or material planning.** * **Hands\-on experience leading automation or technology\-enabled material flow solutions.** * **Knowledge of Power BI, programming, or advanced data analysis tools.** At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
