We offer comprehensive solutions in recruitment, selection, personnel administration, and consulting, always with a strategic and personalized approach. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise a team of **two analysts**, ensuring the accurate collection of information required for the **preparation of invoices** for active projects in Guadalajara, organized by client or project. * Perform **accounting entry of invoices** to customers in three different systems: **EVMI, Jusfin, and SAP**. * **Follow up and prioritize** the resolution of pending customer-related issues, guaranteeing timely attention and compliance with the progress of each project. * Maintain **effective fiscal and financial control** to prevent errors and ensure proper fulfillment of financial obligations. * Manage accounting operations in the **general ledger area** (Helios, Justin, and SAP). * Execute assigned **month-end closing activities**, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established timelines. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in related fields. * Previous experience in accounts receivable. * Bilingual (English\-Spanish). * Effective communication skills and interpersonal relationship management. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency with office tools and material control systems. * Experience and knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Jusfin, and/or Helios. * Desired experience in logistics or global services companies (3PL / 4PL). **Salary Scheme:** Fixed Salary \+ Superior Benefits Salary: $30,000 \- $35,000 Gross Superior Benefits: * Major medical insurance * Life insurance * Dining room service * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * 24 days of Christmas bonus * Christmas bonus **Location:** El Salto, Guadalajara, Jal. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm Job type: Full-time Workplace: On-site
