A leading private security company with over 20 years of experience in the industry is looking for talented individuals. **SHIFT SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** \- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities carried out by personnel on the roster. \- Reports absences, coordinates shift rotations and meal schedules for security agents. \- Prepares shift handover and receipt reports, reports malfunctions in work resources, and guards' disciplinary issues. \- Ensures compliance with security procedures at each position \- Reports complete staffing rosters and personnel absences \- Ensures perimeter patrols are conducted \- Responds to incidents \- Prepares security reports **Responsibilities:** * Ensures compliance with established asset protection guidelines, plans, and programs within the company's security management system; serves as a role model for ethical behavior and adherence to company values. * Protects all individuals conducting legal activities beneficial to the organization both within and outside the facilities when required, as well as all physical assets and confidential information related to company security. * Provides initial follow-up on incident reports. * Reviews and prepares security reports and daily security guard logs. * Implements security programs to ensure secure product delivery through supply chain management systems, C\-TPAT and OEA. * Demonstrates analytical capability in security matters and exercises considerable discretion in highly sensitive and confidential situations. * Availability to work on non-routine days and hours when necessary. * Manages and resolves escalations related to the behavior of assigned security guards. **Position Profile:** Completed high school education Minimum one year of experience in similar roles.
