### **Warehouse Assistant Manager** **Area:** Logistics / Warehouse **Reports to:** Warehouse Manager **Supervises:** Warehouse personnel (warehouse clerks, assistants, forklift operators) **Location:** El Salto Park III (El Salto, Jalisco) ### **Position Objective:** To supervise, coordinate, and optimize daily warehouse operations, with a special focus on control, supply, and rotation of **staple stock (essential products)**, ensuring constant availability, compliance with quality standards, and operational efficiency. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the receipt, storage, and picking of basic products. * Monitor inventory levels of high-turnover products. * Ensure compliance with storage and safety procedures. * Assist in planning orders and restocking of staple stock. * Coordinate and train the operational team. * Verify adherence to rotation policies (FIFO, FEFO). * Support internal and external warehouse audits. * Report incidents, shrinkage, or deviations to the manager. ### **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Staple stock fulfillment rate (%) * Order picking and dispatch times * Inventory accuracy * Number of incidents due to shortages or errors * Inventory turnover ### **Requirements:** Education:* Minimum completed high school (preferably Technical Degree in Logistics or Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field) Experience:* 2 to 3 years in warehouse operations, at least 1 year as team leader or assistant manager * Knowledge of high-turnover product management (staple stock) * Experience in inventory management, inbound/outbound operations, and ERP or WMS systems Technical Skills:* Inventory control * Internal logistics * Health and safety regulations * Proficiency in Excel and warehouse software Soft Skills: Operational leadership * Organization and results orientation * Effective communication * Problem-solving * Ability to work under pressure
