We are strengthening our team with a Customer Service at our locations in El Salto. ### ### **What you can look forward to as Customer Service:** * Update demand in SAP to ensure sales terms agreed upon with assigned customers. * Monitor client inventory levels to meet internally established volumes. * Track requirements via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), ensuring shipments on time and correctly. * Verify delivery performance and take corrective actions such as 8D or PDCA as necessary. * Maintain continuous communication with the client regarding the status of their requirements. * Update information on customer portals to keep it current and accurate (Covisint, FORD, Stellantis, BMW). * Collaborate on new projects with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper implementation. ### **Your Profile as Customer Service:** * *3\-5 years of experience as CS in automotive OEM industry* * *Demand management and knowledge of SAP MRP for efficient planning* * *Customer negotiation and handling specific requirements (CSR) according to responsibilities.* * *Capacity vs demand analysis to ensure delivery compliance.* * *Advanced conversational English, proficiency in Excel and database management for analysis and tracking.* * *Management of customer portals and non-conforming products, ensuring up-to-date information.* * *Problem analysis and resolution (8Ds) for incident resolution.
