




**Labor Relations Manager** Ocoltlán **Mission:** Coordinate the labor relations strategy to mitigate risks and protect workplaces and sales operations for business continuity, through various actions with local union committees at the sites in charge, verifying that agreements and/or collective contracts are aligned with the legal framework and corporate principles, and coordinating the alignment of working conditions, as well as advising human resources managers on labor and union matters, in order to establish optimal collective relationships, and monitor compliance with applicable laws and codes, regulations, rules, and business practices within the company, with the purpose of identifying and containing risks. **Main Activities:** * Ensure compliance with the Working and Employment Conditions Policy: safe and healthy workplace, work time limits, fair and competitive wages, proper hiring of temporary workers. * Establish, monitor, and promote close communication with employees at each workplace to develop and maintain a positive work environment, ensuring the proper implementation of provided solutions. * Define and coordinate the necessary documentation to record grounds for termination or separations with severance, following up until the separation is closed, in order to advise relevant departments, properly document separations, and reduce labor risks. * Coordinate and ensure the effectiveness of contractual and/or salary negotiations with local union committees. * Guide and advise site Human Resources managers on labor and union matters, to ensure their sustainability and business continuity. * Verify that internal work regulations, agreements, and/or collective contracts are aligned with the legal framework, coordinating the filing of these documents with the Federal Center for Labor Conciliation and Registration, to document union agreements establishing the working conditions governing each site. * Collaborate in internal and external audits, acting as a strategic advisor in complying with standards, policies, laws, and codes, helping businesses comply with respective regulations. * Understand and identify hazards and risks in work areas, taking care of my safety and those around me, as well as applying established safety rules and protocols to prevent accidents. **What will make you successful:** * Knowledge of specialized legal advisory * Knowledge of policies, laws, regulations, codes, and other regulatory documents \- SAP proficiency \- English \- Intermediate
